Feel like you’re doing it all alone?

Leadership can be isolating, especially when you're ambitious, driven, and craving growth.

You've climbed far, but lately, progress feels harder. You’re putting out fires, not sparking real change. Networking events feel superficial, mentors are hard to find, and frankly, you wonder:

"Am I really reaching my full potential?"

You interact with people every day, but real, meaningful connections, the ones that truly lift you up, are hard to find.

“As an adult with a demanding job and family, genuine networking is tough. It feels exhausting to constantly ask myself, ‘Are these connections worth my limited time?

If you're like most driven leaders, you're tired of settling for superficial relationships. You know there's more, but you're not sure how to get there alone.

It’s time to stop waiting and start building the leadership circle you deserve.

What’s the ROI?

Why Join The Learning Leader Circle

“When discussing ROI, most start with a financial analysis, so I will too. The Learning Leader Circle can be compared to any MBA curriculum or a graduate degree in Executive Leadership. When coupled with the podcast/books, the education one receives through the Circle is comparable with any Ivy League graduate coursework (and I’d argue better), at a fraction of the cost.

Next, for me, I drink the Jim Collins Kool-Aid and believe your “who” is the most important place one can invest. As an adult with children and a full-time job, networking can be difficult. However, a Learning Leader Circle does all of the heavy lifting for you. Calls are scheduled for you along with an annual summit. Most importantly, everyone is vetted beforehand so you do not have to spend your most precious resource, time, to figure out if someone in the group is worth building a relationship with – they all are...

Ryan Hawk’s Learning Leader Circle has been a game-changer for my career. Since I joined Ryan’s circle, I’ve been promoted multiple times, including moving into my first leadership position. Ryan and the other amazing leaders in the group have been a great sounding board for all sorts of leadership challenges like hiring, retention, growth, and dealing with conflict. “Working in a highly competitive environment, I was looking for a way to set myself apart. I applied to Ryan’s Learning Circle to help me gain an edge professionally. Instead, I gained far more. First, Ryan took the time to get to know me on a personal level. He then placed me in a Circle with some of the most impressive people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. After just a few sessions, my whole way of thinking started and continues to evolve. I am learning to speak and act in terms of “we” not “me”. I am learning to approach life with gratitude. I have come to see those in my group as a personal board of advisors, and many have become good friends. Through our discussions and annual Summit, I have developed skills to gain clarity on what is important, and then to act thoughtfully and with purpose. While I will always be a work in progress, I am certain this group of new friends has made me a better person.”

"Doing the Leadership Circle with Ryan Hawk and the other professionals he gathers from around the country not only helped me get my dream sales job with Oracle but made me a better professional and individual. Nothing in my career has accelerated my career trajectory more than the Leadership Circle. I cannot recommend the Leadership Circle enough for high-performing professionals. Everything Ryan does from the podcast to the groups has a very specific purpose. Every question, every discussion. Nothing is on accident. This carries over into the people he attracts into the groups. These are high-octane individuals with extremely high standards and clear goals, but they have humility and a 'learner mindset' that makes themselves and everyone around them."

    Josh Ballantine

    Sales Executive, Oracle coach

“Our leadership circle meetings are experiences that go unmatched with anything else in my life. The biggest part is learning that we have so much within ourselves to catalyze massive potential, but we often don't know how to access it. This group is about learning how to unlock it, LIVE it & most importantly sustain it. With the carefully crafted discussion points and the intentional people around us, it's like being invited to a machine that gives us the tools to harvest our own superpowers.”

“I love the intentionality of the content and the conversations. I loved that that we went deep right out of the gate. It felt scary but also safe. I have never been part of a training that felt as real as this. I was forced to look in the mirror and be honest with myself and really make changes to the way I am living day to day. I can honestly say this was one of the most impactful trainings I have ever attended. It felt so normalizing but also empowering to sit in a room full of people who operate at a high level and are consistently seeking ways to better themselves. I felt seen and heard and that what I contributed mattered. That is rare to find and not something I have ever really experienced.”

    Alyssa LeBarre

Director of Operational Excellence, Insight Global

“I shudder at the thought of where I'd be without this consistent learning and growing that comes out of our Learning Leader Circle, the exercises, the conversations, the insights that come from people's minds. And, now more than ever, I want to leap and bound into new things, which means it's more vital than ever to have this group in my life. I am honored that you chose me!”

    Nicci Bosco

    Principal Customer Success Manager, LinkedIn

“I can’t thank you enough for your time and leadership advice. I feel so grateful to have met you and truly would not be where I am today without your leadership circle. You make such an incredible impact on one’s life and I hope you realize it. You truly have a gift. Thank you!”

A note from Ryan

I’ve led our Circles for almost a decade. The people are what make our groups unique. Growth focused, ambitious, curious, kind humans who want to surround themselves with others who want to get better.

Every person you’ll meet in our Circles are hand-selected because they’re driven, thoughtful, and ready to do the work. I review every application and meet with many of the applicants on Zoom. The quality of the people in the group matters more than anything else.

When you surround yourself with others who challenge you to grow, help you reflect, speak truth to you... You start showing up differently. Not just at work, but at home too. With your spouse. Your kids. And your friends.

You gain clarity on who you are, what you value, and how you want to lead in every part of your life.

This isn’t a course. It’s not a casual meet-up group. It’s not a “networking” group to get clients for your business. It’s a commitment to maximizing your potential, with support that most leaders don’t get, but desperately want and need.

If that sounds like something you want, apply now.

Frequently asked questions

I’m already busy. Will I have time for this?

Most members have full calendars and demanding jobs. This is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Monthly calls are structured and efficient, and the annual retreat is scheduled well in advance. More importantly, the time you spend here often saves you time elsewhere by helping you lead with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

What if I can’t attend the in-person summit?

The summit is a highlight, but not a requirement. If you can't make it, you'll still get value from the monthly calls and curriculum. That said, we highly recommend trying to be at the Growth Summit. It's where relationships go deeper and big breakthroughs often happen.

What if I apply and don’t get accepted?

This group is intentionally small, and not everyone is the right fit at the time they apply. If it's not a fit right now, it might be in the future. Either way, your application is always reviewed thoughtfully.

Is this just another leadership course?

No. This isn't about passively consuming content. It's about doing the work, with a trusted group of peers and a proven framework to guide you. You'll be reflecting, writing, discussing, and growing alongside others who care as much as you do.

Ready to lead with more clarity, connection, and confidence?

You don’t need another course—you need a circle.

One that challenges you, supports you, and helps you grow—not just professionally, but personally.

Spots are limited and carefully curated.

Apply today and take the next step toward becoming the leader you're meant to be.
